Garages
When considering having a garage built do bare in mind the realities of what you will keep in it.
They often end up as an overspill for the house and there is no room for the car.
If at all possible have a garage with a store room above as it solves this problem and does not have to cost that much more. If you are going to the effort of having a garage buillt it may aswell be functional.
