When starting to think about your building project, you firstly need to appoint an architect.

They will advise you of the legal requirements in respect of planning permission and building regulations. Once these points are established the architect can draw up scaled plans from which we can work out a price and time scale for the build.

We suggest you get a few copies of the plans direct from your architect as photo copies are often poor and not to scale and it is impossible to quote from them accurately. We will also require from your architect any building regulations and structural engineers notes.

We give detailed written quotations (valid for 6 months) and an estimated time scale for the project.

Upon acceptance of the quote a payment scedule related to the stages of the build, will be given in writing. At this point a start date can be finalised.

We recommemnd that you get 3 quotes to get a feel for who you think you can work with, what is a fair price and obviously availabilty.
